I’ve been itching to do some posts and I have some interesting info coming on TICS (Tenancy-In-Common Interests) vs. condos. However, the last few weeks have been taken up readying my development project, Windsor Live+Work, for a major re-submission to the Town of Windsor (we’re talking just north of Santa Rosa, folks, not the seat of the British Monarch). Windsor Live+Work is a 12 unit live/work project that combines some beautiful and innovative architectural design with forward-thinking urban planning ideas and “green” construction standards. This looks like a great project. What are the price points? Good for SF agents to be aware of these development for their clients who’d like second homes outside the city.
Thank you! As for price points, right now I’m concentrating on one thing — and that’s getting the project approved. The reality is that there is no construction lending going on in Sonoma County right now, and the residential market is deeply underwater. Realistically, I think it will be 12 months before we can even think of breaking ground, and that will be the time to assess price points.
